Is there a psychological reason why people get tattoos?
Women don't make decisions on their own, they either do what's trendy, or do what their man (or God) tells them to.
Right now it's trendy to get tattoos, which is why every woman in the West seems to have one somewhere on her body.

Tattoos are an instant nope for me
1) I want to be instantly disliked by men who would be against dating someone due to the sole reason of them having tattoos. Such an outlook usually comes coupled with other red flags, so I would rather cross such men out instantly.

I was eating 3700cals until recently to try and hit 250lbs. Peanut butter and oats were big staples during that time. I made overnight oats with whey, Nutella, peanut butter, chia seeds and milk. You can cut out the Nutella if it ends up getting too fatty but it's a pretty easy chunk of calories. Also a lot of beans and beef, ate less chicken during this time. One thing I like to make a lot is a mixture of beans/beef/rice/enchilada sauce/some cheese. It's kind of like a taco in a bowl and the macros end up coming out pretty good depending on what/how much cheese you use.
what whey do you use? Doesn't it make th texture kind of gross?
I buy 5lb tubs of cheap shit, so it's either Dymatize off Amazon or ON from Costco. To be honest I've never made it without the whey so I don't know, but it ends up tasting like chocolate pudding with some bite to it.

If you need the calories for recovery and muscle growth, your appetite will adjust accordingly. If you aren’t hungry, you don’t need the calories. Forcibly increasing your caloric intake will just add fat, and eventually cause dysfunction with the hormonal systems designed to regulate hunger and weight. This is more pronounced if you’re eating shit calories.
