I still feel energized. I'm not starving. I feel like I can make it to 8pm, go to the gym and go to bed with no issues.

If you want a healthier caffeine schedule, try skipping the morning coffee to just have coffee at 1-3 which is prime nap time where you get tired.
Well I like to drink coffee and drive to work. The warm coffee feels good in the morning. The pill isn't so bad. It's not like some caffine druggie pill. Just a thermo stimulant for weight loss

The solution to this is don't consume caffeine within 10 hours of bedtime or within 1.5-2 hours of waking and you get all of the benefits with none of the negatives.

It's only 320mg of caffeine. About 3 or so cups of coffee. I honestly don't mind using caffine as a crutch. I've tried doing it without stimulants and the lowest I got was 145, I didn't look like

Even if I eat oats, I'll still go through a whole bowl and it will be 500 calories and I'll still be hungry. I know my body and mt weaknesses. It's best to OMAD and tell myself 1 meal is enough.

certainly eat a lot of chicken breast and green leafies, but also other vegetables (like 0n!ons) lots of fruit, whole-wheat bread (no sugar or oil added).
I try to keep processed food to a minimum, and stick to a low-fat diet.
I actually enjoy what I eat a lot.
I think the OP would have an easier time if they stuck to whole foods, and tried to max protein and carb while keeping fat low.

Are eggs really that bad for a cut? I'm eating around 1200-1300 cal everyday only. I was eating a lot of oats during my bulk, they're filling but lack protein.
My current day of eating goes like:
400ml of milk
Go to gym
Come back home, 5 boiled eggs
Then my last meal is pretty much 200g of chicken with 100g of rice and mixed 50-100g of veggies.
Sometimes I'll only eat 50g or no rice at all if I ate an yogurt during the day which is around 117cal.
How bad is my diet? I'm a poorgay so I can't really be picky.
All of that is always around 1200-1300 cal and 120 protein (I'm a shortking), probably not 100% accurate but I always weight my shit and do cardio everyday.

10% bodyfat is hard to achieve because your basal metabolic rate starts to drop as you get closer to that level of bodyfat, meaning you have to cut even further. It's also hard because your body, in a desperate bid to gain weight, starts flooding your body with ghrelin and another hormone which make you ravenously hungry
However once you've achieved 10% bf, maintaining it isn't too bad. You just have to come up with a mealplan and stick to it fastidiously, but it's far easier to do than losing weight

Honestly, OMAD is pretty easy but I did IF for a long time before trying OMAD.
I actually like OMAD. Feels pretty good to have discipline all day long, and then be rewarded w a good meal at the end of the day. It's hard to overeat since you will up so quickly.

Caffeine on an empty stomach causes stomach pain, a large, almost manic surge of energy that lasts approximately two hours, followed by a gradual decline in your mood over the remainder of the day. Yes, it's good for cutting weight, but it's also good for making you want to self-isolate and shun people because you're too lethargic and sweaty to go outside.
Optimal use of caffeine as a weight loss supplement involves taking it AFTER you've had a meal, and preferably with plenty of water. Drink your coffee after your OMAD, and make sure to up your electrolyte intake.

I weigh 138 lbs. at 5'9", with decent muscle mass and little visible bf, and I can tell you, you can't go skipping meals like that.
The people who do fasting are almost always overweight or obese, and fasting is horrible for muscle building (or even just retention), and it kills your metabolism.
I eat 2500-3000 calories a day (all healthy food) spread out over three meals, which is supposedly way too many calories for someone at my weight, even at a high activity level, yet I'm not gaining weight (I also make sure I get 1g of protein per lb. of bw.)

If you're looking to fast there's no reason not to abuse caffeine. Just don't drink coffee after noon otherwise it will affect your sleep. I do OMAD and easily drink two pots a day.
Personally I’ve never noticed a reduction in appetite from caffeine or cigarettes, intermittent fasting seems to work tho.
