Table horizontal rows (look it up)

Squats
Nordic curls
These are the exercises you need to do in no particular order, some can be progressed, some can't. You can choose a split you like, just do 10 sets of every exercise per week.

Warm up sets= repetitions
Add any squat variation you want, i usually simply do pistol squats. If any of those are hard do another variation with dif rep and set range, simple as.
Also do this 3—4 times a week.

I bet you can find someplace with stairs where you can do the the box jumps at, do them for speed/explosive movements sake. Also you can get some rope and gloves to do isometric holds for arm work.
All you need to be (or stay) in shape is a place to do pull ups, push ups, crunches and forward lunges. If you want something more in depth there's pic related.

Calf raises and supersets in general are the only real "meme exercises" here. Rest seems fine
literally go to any park and do:
Chest: Pushups, dips,decline/incline pushups
Back: Pullups, inverted rows, chinups
Legs: Pistol squats, romania split squats
Or buy an elastic band
normal pushup
pike pushups or handstand
and pullups
