Overtraining does not make you healthy. Exercise for the sake of exercise without a goal does not make you healthy.
I'd argue that if you were old and took steroids so that your muscles don't atrophy and steroids didn't have side effects and you also didn't do anything physical, you would be healthy.
No one said anything about over training. He’s talking about people that sit on their ass all day and their exercise for the day is waddling to the fridge.
Massive problem with that article is failing to even separate kinds of vegetable oils much less consideration of any X-factors. There are many vegetable oils that appear in many different foods, lumping them all together is worthless especially when we already know important differences in fat types.

when in doubt choose saturated fats (fats that are solid at room temp)
butter, ghee, lard, tallow, etc
fruit oils are ok too, like avocado and olive oil

Onkh two oils I use anymore are olive oil and peanut oil.
