yeah but some people need the fuel pre-workout. i cant eat before noon, just feels gross. so i do all my work in the morning and then eat the rest of the day in the afternoon.

i did this once and almost passed out later due to how little i ate the entire day
Fasted is the only way to train. Makes it harder to eat enough for the day but the lifting goes so much easier.

I lift first thing in the morning at 5, last meal before that would be 10-11 hrs prior. Its not that much different once you get used to it
I always workout fasted without exception.
A piece of fruit on occasion if I feel I need the energy, and a bottle of diet cola.
Then a big meal after the workout.
I can't work out with even a small meal in me, I feel sluggish as frick.

Whenever I stop eating I want to work out more. I think it's just because of the time I was in prison and got ripped and lost like forty pounds because they were starving us. Like, legit, some dudes won a lawsuit because that jail was literally starving inmates so they'd agree to plea deals quicker.
You can lift on an empty stomach, but you will lift better if you carb before. No competitive strength athlete is going in fasted.

Only to an extent. For me the limit is about 24-36 hours before I really need to eat again. Also I can only do one fasted workout before needing more food before the next one.
