I really don't get it. Shit genesis maybe? Like, my buddies from college still get hammered every now and then and look as ripped and cut as me, probably more, and I haven't had a drink since god knows fricking when. To add to the pain, we have a fricking home bar with so many expensive drinks and shit, and my gf always wants to drink but she won't drink unless I drink and I can't because I don't want to be a fat frick and lose my cut I'm going to fricking end it all is this what trannies have to deal with? wanting something they can't have?
Get your diet in order. I eat cleaner just to make sure I can fit in the after work pint and have wine with dinner.

You'll be fine if you literally have A (!!!) drink. Don't get blasted or drink every day and the alcohol will have a minimal effect

I might be missing out on unrealized gains here, but I'm pretty sure weed and liquor are way better prepared workout than post. I work out later usually so my protein synthesis phase is after my meaty liver is done processing through alcohol.

Since turning 30 If I drink anymore than 3 drinks I get flu like symptoms, So I rarely drink because it completly fricks ups my days.

just don't drink every day, and ideally drink liquor, and without sugary mixers. you gays act like alcohol completely stops muscle growth/recovery, it doesn't, it just hinders it a bit. just don't be a fricking alcoholic or a binge drinker, be smart about it and you'll be fine.

imma be real with you chief, after going on a real bender in my late 20s i can't enjoy alcohol at all anymore. doesn't matter what kind, all of it makes me equally miserable.
I go to my local cigar bar on Friday evenings, and I enjoy a few old fashions and some liga privada cigars. That's my cheat to my diet. I don't drink or smoke otherwise. You have to do something you enjoy from time to time.

Not a fan of drinking, last time I drank 3 beers I advocated in public for the reintroduction of death penalty. I wasn't even drunk I was falling asleep and I needed to entertain myself.
You can drink beer at least that shirt does nothing. I mean maybe my liver or kidneys or whatever is just strong because I can handle a lot of alcohol and easily grow muscle, it's the same thing that handles alcohol and protein synthesis or whatever.

What's even more impressive than my 355lb bench for reps is my 600+lb deadlift for 3, thank God I have been doing a program where you hit bench and ohp the same amount of times as legs.
