        Two years ago I ate an entire bottle of antipsychotics and supposedly drank 12 tallboys (I don't have any recollection of this) and broke through three glass barriers (with mesh) and proceeded to start eating my glass filled shoe while staring into the security camera, proceeding to then enter the building and destroy my entire apartment. Three months ago I was forcefully committed to the psych ward for abusing Xanax, high-dose vyvanse, 24/7 marijuana and nictotine usage, alongside energy drinks and preworkout multiple times a day.       Man, that always surprises me that guys can be ripped, making money, and mentally stable yet haven't got a partner yet. I found my GF and all I had going for me was mentally stability, and even that is probably not required. Now because I got a GF helping me organize, it's a lot easier to hit milestones in self improvement. Not saying any one way is better than the other, but what's the hold up for some people? Confidence in the gym doesn't translate to confidence with women and vice versa. You gotta work at both of them to get better.

        Truth of the matter is that I can get a GF but I'm still coming to terms with losing someone I cared about in my lonesome for the time being, as I was unable to provide said mental stability, work a job, or merely take care of myself due to my neck strangling my esophagus and the surrounding nerves, causing me to lack any bloodflow to my brain whatsoever, and relying on drugs (none worked) in an attempt to ease the purely physical condition which went undiagnosed for years. Couldn't text or type due to numb appendages, nor could I cognitively process anything. I don't lack confidence with women, and I get labelled a narcissist (falsely. I'm just needy. hence these posts), I'm just hurt and unable to properly be myself or smile/converse right now despite my successes in all other vectors. Previously, I acted like a lunatic and understand peoples preconceptions of me, as well as hers, but am now deeply misunderstood as no one understands the significance of what my injury had done to me cognitively at the time, nor did anyone assist me in the solution I desperately cried out for time and time again. Willpower does not exist in the physical state I was in, and anything other than an absurdist perspective is impossible for me to ponder at this derelict point in my life, which doesn't seem healthy to induce a woman into currently. I wish I had someone to improve with, but I currently cope and improve alone, I feel like Spike probably did when Julia got shot, except the shooter was my doctors, friends, family, herself, and unfortunately me albeit out of my control at the time, kek. Ain't going to find a personality like that again, but she ain't going to find one like me either. We both lost. I'll move on, I speak into the void on a godless earth surrounded by godless sodomites, and shitpost instead of journal so as to never remember the past.       10%ish. bf% looks different based on how much muscle mass you have. You need to add muscle to look better at this point, I wouldn’t cut any further. Bulk slowly and you won’t get fat and will actually look better as your weight goes up. Only if you gain slowly though.

        I gain fat very easily though. What if I just increase the protein rich food intake like eggs, quark and meat, would not that help me build muscle or do I also need to increase calorie intake a lot?

        Also the lighting is very friendly in the photos and I'm flexing my abs hard. I'd say I'm closer to 14%, but surely I would look pretty damn good with this body fat if I gained let's say even 5lbs more muscle mass

    I am 183cm and 83kg. Is this fricking normal, that i still have a belly so big? I dropped 4kg in the last two months. I plan on getting to at least 80kg but this is really fricking weird. When i am in my clothes i feel skinny and small. Btw, i run 3x a week and go to the gym 3x week (started 3 months ago). My lifts are also going down for some reason, even though i am trying to only cut around 500 daily and i make sure i eat around 130g of protein. Might be because i do too much, combined with running and calorie deficit i simply don't recover enough or something i dont know.

    Grew up fat asf, been working out for about a year but not really managing my diet outside of just improving my overall eating habits ie. less sugar, only water, protein with every meal, fiber, better portions etc. Terrified to bulk ngl cause i dont wanna be fat again, muscles are weak as frick though.

    I am preparing for a motorbiking trip for 2 months, the plan was always to lose weight in 6 months prepare for my trip then after the trip commit to the gym, and I'm sticking to that so far.

    With that being said, does anyone have any ideas how I could build a semi competent workout regime during my motorbiking trip, something I could do at any place while I travel through South East Asia?

    You might make fun of me for my physique but my arms used to be even skinnier while being 25kg heavier.

    Any advice is appreciated, I'll be on the road for the next 2 months.

                honestly as long as that's under your tdee it will work in time
                but when I cut from 210lb to 195lb I did it in just shy of 2 months at 6'3, was hovering at 1600kcals (-800 my tdee) at least 5 days a week, cheated a bit on weekends as to not go insane, black coffee helped a lot
                kept most of my muscle, definitely due to the proteins and near constant activity, drop the carbs you have now and replace it with a can of tuna and see how it feels hunger wise
                you do get used to it, but being hungry is literally just burning fat, and by the time it's easy it's over, you just go back to maintenance and wahla, it's easier to keep that fat off for good

                the whole "loss of muscle on a cut" thing is so overblown imo, especially by people on here that don't lift or have never tried cutting hard and lifting hard at the same time
                I was 800 under maintenance for two months and my lifts still went up, slowed, but still went up, if you're in a deficit and still using your muscles, your body isn't going to just start burning through them instead of the extra fat you have just hanging around
                and personally I'll take the -3% hit to my muscle mass for everyone around me to actually SEE every muscle on me
                it comes back in like two weeks when you switch back over to maintenance anyway

            anytime I try working out for a long period of time I always injure something. first it was my shoulder, then I got elbow pain, then I tore something in my wrist, then a few weeks ago I hurt my back while OHP'ing and the pain kept creeping lower and lower down my spine until I got this horrible pain in my tailbone and couldn't even sit down on it for several days. so I'm really sick of trying now. plus I'm a skinny wristed gay that can't even put on much muscle natty even if I wasn't always injuring myself
