      I would say the Redditors are correct. Why are you using a watch? Get some calipers if you really care. Good physique, shoulders and lats are giving you a wide look. I would hit chest to fill out that frame. Also train abs, you are clearly lean but there needs to be more muscle there for definition.

            Habe nur eine gemacht, aber wären bestimmt auch 3-4 drin gewesen. An 100 bin ich das letzte Mal gescheitert, habe es aber auch nur einmal probiert. Hätte an jedem anderen Tag anders laufen können.

If you want to track progress buy a scale that can measure fat, they aren't accurate (I have one that says 18%, but the one at my parents house says 10%), but they are consistent, so you can track, gain/loss
