calisthenics = mogging your own body
    >"Look how frail I am! I can do 50 pullups because I weigh 90lbs!"
    Lmao

Is anyone seriously surprised that the more something weighs, the harder it is to move it? Literal 8 year olds can do more pull ups than a guy who can deadlift 1,100lbs.

    >you're fat!
    Cope harder incel

The heavier you lift the more muscle you need
    Muscle weighs something
Calisthenics become increasingly more difficult with higher weight

Bodyweight is a hell of a sneaky drug. When it comes to bench press. A 2 pl8 bench press is 225lbs regardless if you weigh 150lbs or 300lbs.

A dip will always weigh porportional to your bodyweight. So a dip for a 150lb guy is 150lbs, and the same dip for a 300lb guy is 300lbs.

So it's more load for the fatter guy. But as a person, you should strive to master your own body weight. Mass monsters who forgot the purpose of weightlifting will cope by saying people who do dips are dyel.
But reality is, they are just fat fricks. What's the point of working out if being healthy isn't your goal

Why would dips be a dyel exercise? If it is harder to do because you weigh more, how is that a bad thing? If you don’t weigh more and you can do dips easily, then add weight with a weight belt. Same shit applies to pull-ups. People need to work out their tiny fricking brains, jfc.

you will be surprised. a lot of people here cant do pull ups or dips and they claim those exercises are for dyels. Would love to weight 250lb and do dips with my own bodyweight

I don't get it either. I got to 205lb at 5'8" and I was still doing dips and chins with weights. The extreme example is Kali Muscle who can rep clean muscle ups while being a bloated steroid tumor. I think they're just injured to shit from weights and blame the calisthenics.

Calisthenics is literally better (for building muscle) the heavier you are. Higher bodyweight=more resistance=you get more value out of a given exercise before its necessary to add weight or move on to a harder progression
