Cbum said (while struggling to do dips) the more you lift the harder is to do calisthenics. How wrong is he?

calisthenics = mogging your own body
>"Look how frail I am! I can do 50 pullups because I weigh 90lbs!"
Lmao
Is anyone seriously surprised that the more something weighs, the harder it is to move it? Literal 8 year olds can do more pull ups than a guy who can deadlift 1,100lbs.
>you're fat!
Cope harder incel
Even with anavar you're still fat, troony
>heh, for my next trick I will use my schizophrenia to not only determine you're on drugs but also determine which compounds you use! Also, 10% bodyfat is now overweight!
>taking all that shit just to have 13 year old ab development
Yeah keep being a badass with your cable machine dropsets you fricking pussy lmao
>mad
The heavier you lift the more muscle you need
Muscle weighs something
Calisthenics become increasingly more difficult with higher weight
Roidtroony problems
Program to not end up like this but also not be a bar monkey dyel?
>program to not end up being the world’s strongest man?
>look at this guy so strong he cant lift himself.
What is strenght if you cant lift yourself
>b-but he can lift a specific amount of weight distributed in a specific way off the ground! The fact that he can't run a mile without dying, being unable to do basic bodyweight movements, having the flexibility of a granny while also being a really shitty fighter doesn't matter!

Kyriakos wins again
How can he not do a single decent one. I'm 250 something and I can do 10
because he weights 400lb
>I weigh over 150 lbs less than him but I can do pull ups with better form
No shit, moron. What is your point?
He weighs 200 lbs more than you in that vid and your form probably isn't textbook either
Useless.
Bodyweight is a hell of a sneaky drug. When it comes to bench press. A 2 pl8 bench press is 225lbs regardless if you weigh 150lbs or 300lbs.
A dip will always weigh porportional to your bodyweight. So a dip for a 150lb guy is 150lbs, and the same dip for a 300lb guy is 300lbs.
So it's more load for the fatter guy. But as a person, you should strive to master your own body weight. Mass monsters who forgot the purpose of weightlifting will cope by saying people who do dips are dyel.
But reality is, they are just fat fricks. What's the point of working out if being healthy isn't your goal
Why would dips be a dyel exercise? If it is harder to do because you weigh more, how is that a bad thing? If you don’t weigh more and you can do dips easily, then add weight with a weight belt. Same shit applies to pull-ups. People need to work out their tiny fricking brains, jfc.
you will be surprised. a lot of people here cant do pull ups or dips and they claim those exercises are for dyels. Would love to weight 250lb and do dips with my own bodyweight

Its just coping, google andrey smaev, guy is bigger than all those gay bodybuikders and can do every move in the book
>every move in the book
Very wrong. Pageant contestants are not athletes, and they should stop pretending to be.

Cbum is right, even more where 90% of people doesnt know how to do proper form calisthenics
I don't get it either. I got to 205lb at 5'8" and I was still doing dips and chins with weights. The extreme example is Kali Muscle who can rep clean muscle ups while being a bloated steroid tumor. I think they're just injured to shit from weights and blame the calisthenics.
>take the roidgay into climbing
>he dies because he cant pull himself
ogre
Calisthenics is literally better (for building muscle) the heavier you are. Higher bodyweight=more resistance=you get more value out of a given exercise before its necessary to add weight or move on to a harder progression
if im fat should i start with calisthenics or weights? this thread makes it look like i will die if i start doing push ups and squats
