Food is necessary and protein is in food. "Protein builds muscle" is a shill made up by the snake oil/powder industry, and it's a fricking dated one. This shit was accepted back in the early 00's and morons are still buying into it. Macros build muscle, you need a balance of proteins fats and carbs for ideal muscle building, and all food is macros. Food has protein anyway so if you're worried you're not shitting out enough protein (which you do if you consume too much) eat more protein in your food. This shit is a waste of money and getting even more and more expensive still now that dumb b***hes are taking it for ass gains. It used to be a cheap alternative to eating protein dense food, now it's more expensive. It was supposed to remain a cheap alternative because it absolutely wrecks your gut. It's one of the worst sources of protein and yet now they have you paying a premium for it. You're getting scammed.

This OP is fricking gay as shit and the discussion is obviously pointless. Instead will someone please fricking help me get my protein in. I eat OMAD 1,400 ~1,100 calories a day and I can not fricking hit 200+ grams of protein in that meal. Usually like 120g. Do I need to say frick my arteries and just eat a 6 eggs a day? Wtf do I do?

I had never heard of skyr, nor had I ever tried tofu. I will be purchasing these and reporting back.

brother, 200 grams of protein would be 800 calories. how much fricking chicken can you eat in one sitting?

Here was what I ate last night:
        - 16oz Milk (8g)
        - 1 Scoop Nutraone Protein Powder (24g)
        - 1 Slice Salami, 2 slices chedder chese (16g)
        - 227grams of Pulled Chicken (53g)
        - Small Fatty Stick (12g)
        - Ideal Greens (2g)
        - Cornbread (4g)

Aside from the other shit that isn't that important I ended up getting: 77.6 Grams Carbs, 80.6 Grams Fat, 123.1 Grams Protein totaling 1,539 Calories

Dietary cholesterol isn't correlated with higher rates of heart disease. If anything in eggs will hurt you it's the saturated fat in the yolk. Eat some eggs. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32865658/

The only reason whey is useless is because chicken already exists.
    >1lb chicken breast daily
    >140g protein, 750 calories
    >~1600ish calories of room for whatever else you want
There's just no reason for it.
