My dad says he eats only like 1 salad a day and somehow can’t lose weight but I came home to him having finished an entire pizza and a half by himself while I was gone. Healthy young people should never under any circumstance let themselves be injected with lipid nano vector synthetic mRNA juice in response to what for them would most likely amount to little more than a common cold if even that.

In the unfortunate case that they already have and developed heart disease and scarring of the heart as a result.. well they should probably consult a medical specialist on appropriate lifestyle adjustments.

    >I completely forgot about genetics haha my bad
yeah some people are just born with a shitty heart. my mom's long-term boyfriend who died at 43 had a dad who has a shitty heart, and he had one too. he ran marathons and stuff. actually the marathon running sped up his death because he didn't get his heart checked before, and it accellerated his heart failure. if he had gone to a doctor they would have told him not to do that intense stuff and he maybe could have lived longer, who knows. He got diagnosed and the doctor said he had 5 years max left to live. He got a pacemaker and all that shit, and he got really fricked up over it, like really depressed. I would be too. then like 4 months later he died in his sleep, gurgling and making weird noises. I just thought he was having a nightmare.

It's actually what got me to wake up and get in shape, stop drinking, and eat better. Thankfully my moron actual father who drank and smoked his whole life is still alive at 70, maybe fate will forgive me for getting wasted and eating too much cheese in my younger years

My father had heart issues but he also lived like a fricking butthole most of his life smoking multiple packs a day eating his way to almost 400lbs after his divorce. He has a pacemaker has had multiple heart attacks. After the last one he got his shit in order and quit smoking cleaned his diet up only eats exactly how his doctors have instructed him to eat. He’s under 200lbs these days. I worry about him having lessened his potential lifespan. My grandfather died at like 82, he had lung issues though not heart related had to be on oxygen and was too stubborn to use it, ended up continuing to smoke like 2 weeks after he was hospitalized and died.

What I’m asking you, how likely is it to be genetic? I realize on paper this sounds more like stupid shitty selfish decisions. But I have bad health anxiety and I fear I will have the same future. I’m trying to get it together. After my fathers heart attack I got my shit in order, got super healthy super fit my doctor couldn’t believe the changes I made. But 10 years later I’m out of shape again and horribly scared, even more scared than I was back then so I’m getting healthy again. But then I read shit like OPs story and it terrifies me. What if this is genetic? What if I become my best self super healthy and then at age 40 I have a widow maker? Maybe I’m depressed, but it feels like life and existence is a cruel joke. It’s so short. We can go at any moment. We have to watch the people we live and care for pass away, just to gradually but seemingly quickly follow the same fate.
      >if it was forever it wouldn’t be as meaningful.
I disagree with this, heavily. If I had unlimited time, I feel I could do way more with life and make a bigger impact and things would be way more meaningful to me. I could remember all the stuff I’ve done forever and be with the people I love forever. I hope I get reincarnated after I’ve died.

"Among 2765 articles obtained by our search strategy, four studies fulfilled the inclusion criteria for a total of 20,875,843 patients (mean age 56.1 years, 59.1% males). Of them, 1,244,604 had COVID-19 infection. Over a mean follow-up of 8.5 months, among COVID-19 recovered patients AMI occurred in 3.5 cases per 1.000 individuals compared to 2.02 cases per 1.000 individuals in the control cohort, defined as those who did not experience COVID-19 infection in the same period). COVID-19 patients showed an increased risk of incident AMI (HR: 1.93, 95% CI: 1.65–2.26, p < 0.0001, I2 = 83.5%). Meta-regression analysis demonstrated that the risk of AMI was directly associated with age (p = 0.01) and male gender (p = 0.001), while an indirect relationship was observed when the length of follow-up was utilized as moderator (p < 0.001)."

I got this dull pain on the left side of my chest. It started right before I developed cold symptoms a few weeks ago. Initially, I thought it some minor lung inflammation due to the cold and would pass after I recovered, but I sill feel this mild pain that comes and goes, no squeezing sensation, but I do feel my left arm gets a bit numb sometimes. I especially feel it when I'm sitting down or lie flat on my back. I don't feel it when I'm exercising, tho. I got one Johnson jab sometimes in 2021, no boosts.

You are a moron, I'm a paramedic anxiety can cause people to think that their heart is beating irregularly, which is usually caused by drugs not always tough. It happens a lot, we have been dispatched to emergencies where the person thinks they are having a "heart attack" we get there and their vitals are normal. We just give them water and wait for them to calm down. So yes a lot of times it is psychological, that said sure is a good idea to go see a doctor just in case is not.

Psychosomatic issues shouldn't actually give you a heart attack, but a panic attack, which won't just outright kill you.

Trips of truth. Tachycardia attack? What happened to you? Had one two months ago after shitty sleep and tons of stress and it went away within a day. Made a thread about it and IST told me it’s because I was dehydrated.

My only advice is just to try to not stress and don’t lift too much after 30.. also op, how much bpm was the attack?

It was a paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. I was doing hard interval training on a bike, not even an hour after eating a heavy meal. When starting the second to last interval, I had an extra beat at just the right time, and then my heart was stuck in an endless loop. Having a full stomach that sort of pushed upwards and gave my heart less space definitely contributed. I stopped the attack by unknowingly performing a valsalva maneuver.
Got all tests done, ultrasound, resting and exercise ecg, blood tests, everything was fine. I even totally crushed the exercise ecg. Also, my physical performance now is better than ever before in all regards.
Still, ever since then my sleep has been different, and I feel I'm getting more extra beats than before.

Even /misc/ is forgetting about it and pretend they never cared that much about the vaxx. Just like they pretend the catalog wasn't full of threads about the virus mutating in our bodies and the end of the world in 2020.

I'm actually surprised people moved the goalpost so far they "won" because the vaxx was indeed some useless stuff like anyone who's aware of big pharma's trick knew from the start.

I cared a lot more about the $14,000,000,000,000 that they printed and handed to themselves after destroying small businesses over what was a literal cold to everyone even remotely healthy.

Nta but don’t short sell what you’ve posted.
Rich fricks who are in a position to never work another day in their life printed billions to give to themselves so they could get richer to push an experimental vaccination which was somehow on the market 6 years too early while people like us (on average) are one bad car accident away from being homeless.

Chuds are still on that vaxx stuff ? Didn't get it because frick big pharma but I thought we were done with the mass extinction and shit. Even the irl people who were deep into it moved on.

Sadly my ultra healthy dad got covid (no vaxx) and developed heart problems exactly after it.

      [...]
Chuds posted the exact same stuff months before the vaccine.
/misc/ was full of articles about healthy young guys dropping dead.
At least the china webms were impressive and the new variants kinda concerning at the time. Now it's the same "2 more weeks" for fricking 3 years and moving goalposts.
Believe me I love happenings and I'm currently doing an abandoned places urbex trip larping as a post apocalypse survivor but sadly this is not it.

Shut the frick up already. Nobody cares anymore. Dumbass Black folk shitting up my board.

Heart attacks happen, they always have and always will, arteries get clogged, doesn't matter if you're a gym rat or not. If you want to monitor your heart get EKG and CAC tests yearly. Also, avoid stress, inflammation, and prolonged inactivity. The healthiest and longest living people don't stress out, walk a lot, and eat a reasonable diet with moderate fat, moderate carbs, and moderate protein.

Just conspiracy theories and ass sitting, a whole lot of fatty apologists saying you will die when you die and being fat has nothing to do with it

What the frick? That is the most obvious telegraphed heart attack warning I've ever seen. All that's missing is a feeling of impending dread, which you'd probably feel anyway from your fricking ribcage feeling like it's imploding on itself.
