Cutting/body recomp tips

>Currently at 200lbs at (roughly) 12% bodyfat.
I'm trying to stay at 200lbs but I need to lose 6-9lbs to get down to 8%
I'm eating 2750 calories which is maintenance.

Is it possible to gain muscle and lose fat at this current weight or should I just cut?

    Yes because you are a fat frick so you will be able to lose fat and gain muscle at maintenance. But once you actually reach 12 % you won't be able to do that anymore and thankfully you are not 12%
