Honestly brother I struggle to wonder why ABS can be so difficult.
I think the issue is understanding that the abdominals need to be MAXED OUT in stats. Which can be difficult figure out because they recover quickly.
You basically have to max out a muscle group that has Incredible strength and incredible stamina. Which is kind of like maxing out your heart. Something that is created to never fatigue fully.
I would say just Spam ab workouts. Who absolute failure constantly. Don't even think about it just Spam ab workout two or three variation.

It's all genetics. Your body either builds muscle or it doesn't no matter what you do. You think everyone in this video is working out 24/7 with the most optimized diet and routine? Kek. Some people build muscle with nothing but monkey bars and fried chicken.
