Shit like paracetamol and ibuprofen increases your odds of heart failure for some reason.

Brings down risk of heart attack and ischemic stroke. Increases risk and severity of hemorrhagic stroke. Also can cause GI bleeding if you have a risk of GI inflammation and ulcers.

          Source?

They said he died of a stroke on Danny Roddy's podcast

How much stronger is aspirin than white willow bark (or other natural sources?) If you have only minor aches and pains or want something for daily use I'd probably try a natural alternative first.

      What's wrong with your shoulder?

Good question anon. Countless different doctor referrals, one surgery, and loads of physio, and they still have no idea. I didn't start lifting until 2020 because I thought it would make things x100 worse. Ironically, It actually makes the pain subside. If I miss a few days the pain comes back hard. Now the big downside is that my left bicep/tricep and shoulder are a good bit weaker than my right side. So I have to put a limit on my stronger side so that I don't end up like picrel.
