        You will lose weight ~eventually~. It's not linear from my perspective. And once you have lower weight you have to stay at that weight for your body to reset to that point. Become tolerant of discomfort and it gets easier. "Calories in / Calories out" lacks a ton of subtleties. I barely loose weight with extended fasts and I wonder if I have a secret sort of body fat that is more energy dense than what is known.

    Untrue. I was 90lbs overweight until I decided to eat less at 15. It has never been particularly difficult to lose the weight nor to keep it off ever since. It didn't make me tired, but the opposite, hunger puts a fire up under your ass. The only hard part was lasting the first couple of months.

                As for body fat, I can only tell going off comparing photos, I'm around 10%.
                My running pace is 5 mins 25 per km, and swim speed is 1min 30 per 100m, and I still manage to slowly improve this despite my age. Like I said, moving matters more than eating any specific diet, within reason.

      Fyi I fasted twice for 10 days, twice for 5 days and a few times for 3-4 days over the past year or so.
      It works way better than low calorie diets. All you need to do is start with shorter ones and work your way up, supplement magnesium, sodium, potassium and drink a lot.
      Low calorie diets will literally just lower your basal metabolic rate and you won't lose any fat.
      You need to feed saturated fat to your mitochondria so they produce succinate and multiply, so that the multiplied mitochondria can then burn the saturated fat in your body, while you get less hungry.
      And you need to cut your sugar so your insulin stays low, insulin makes you grow fat.
      And get rid of the fiber or you will shit out the nutrients before your body has a chance to absorb them.
      The ketosis will also help with mental health issues and the absence of plants in your diet can fix autoimmune issues.
      The carnivore diet will also reverse diabetes.

Let's be outlandishly generous and hypothesize that a sub-optimal diet composition of goyslop and seed oils leads to an increase in weight gain of up to 25% compared to a healthy diet. Then if some humongous fat frick is 200 lbs overweight, 150lbs of that has nothing to do with what they're eating, and entirely to do with how much they're eating. Even in this fantasy world, they'd still be at a reasonably healthy weight if they just didn't eat so much.

          Wrong, goy slop is designed to make you want more, you're nutritionally starving while getting completely contrary nutritional signals due to the mix of fats, sugar and other additives so you're constantly chasing more and more. Goy slop will make you forever fat, there is no end point. You simply can't undereat goyslop without obsessively counting calories and you'll still be fighting the urge the binge the entire time.
