      OP is b8in but I got stuck doing dumbbell programming for a few months and I promise you maximal BSS is way more brutal than maximal back squats

    I was nervous of split squats (home gym) but finally tried them a few weeks ago and absolutely love them. They're kind of a PITA but so satisfying. I was doing goblet squats before, regular squats are a pain due to lack of space and the fact that I don't have medical insurance and don't want to frick myself if I make a mistake.
