>dislocated knee like 4 years ago
>now it doesn't track correctly
>sounds like pouring milk on that rice cereal shit every time I bend it
>gone to physio multiple times and they gave me some exercises but it hasn't improved
How do I fix this shit?
ATG split squat
If you're gonna fight, fight like you're the second little monkey jumping on the bed, and brother, the bedframe's starting to wobble.
t. daddy finger
Here I am, how do you do?
Btw you seen brother finger anywhere? Been looking for the fricker all day.
If you're gonna fight, fight like you're the first monkey on the banana boat, and brother, those eight foot bunches aren't going to tally themselves
Daylight com and me wan go home
I must be a boomer because that pic is fricking hilarious OP
Take some red krill capsules, fish oil capsules, collagen supplements in addition stabiliser strengthening and mobility training
the pic is comedy platinum
yeah, i take all those things already
t. 2nd monkey that got btfo
Everyone thinks it's funny
Boomerposting is the one of two memes that ALWAYS get me. Anything containing a skull and the bad to the bone intro riff always sends my sides into orbit, despite them being horrifically unfunny. The other one is ironic cereal guy memes (picrel)
schizoposting is based
Schizoposts are unironically terrifying on a visceral level
That it is. Love me some schizoposting.
Good and unique, simple but funny with the common themes
Too much text trying to appear crazy and wacky, probably going for how nonsensical schizophrenics can be but still too tryhard
Both are fricking fedposts
Why are boomers so fricking infantile?
What if I'm the only male monkey?
Do the exercises
Nothing you eat will regenerate the damage done to your cartilage and supportive tissue. From personal experience (I'm 38), you need to strengthen ALL the supporting muscles in both knees, as well as ankle and hip joint, so that your movement is more controlled and more force is absorbed and there's less direct tension on the internal joint itself. I made good progress by doing 30m physio daily for a few months, there's plenty of guides online to help you. They mostly aim to help you keep stable and balanced even when applying uneven force (i.e. standing on one leg while the other performs a spatial task under load).
Anyone telling you to eat ginger and turmuric or fish oil has never suffered from chronic joint injury and hasn't read the material. The only proven method that 100% works is consistent physio (and I'm not talking "twice a week for 10 minutes", I'm talking "this is my daily regiment from now on").
Good luck homosexual.
You're fricked
