Do I look like I lift?
I can't use lift too much weight cuz my joints are all fucked up, specially wrist and shoulders so I usually try to do low weight more reps

Been lifting for 1 year and 3 months btw

    My shoulders gave me problems for years. A month ago I read that you should bench press while keeping shoulders back towards the bench. I've been doing that since and shoulder pains went away. didn't even realize my form had gone wrong.

        Probably doing it wrong if joints hurt or they are dry from no estrogen. That's only a problem usually if you use something like letrozole to increase test as it drys out estrogen to the point of severe joint pain.
