        technically both, if you do cardio after lifting you flush the metabolites out of the muscles you just trained, these trigger hypertrophy later. but if you do cardio before you might lose energy and be exhausted and can terefor lift less heavy, making your training session less effective. if you really cant split the two try both out and see what feels best

    The thing is, you body can't build muscle and endurance, big muscles are not economical so your body will cut them off for better endurence

      This is a very non nuanced take, if you do cardio after a weight lifting session then you have already burned "the calories" and what is used for fuel is body fat, chunks of your disgusting belly power the movenent.

      I often take a long walk and cycle after working out and my weight goes down. There's also some treshold you don't want to cross as it begins to break down body's protein but we're talking marathon runs.

    Bros whenever I do any form of cardio be it burpees, or jump orpes or anything the next day i wake up with horrible hold and an insanely runny nose. Any idea why?
