    This movement is to move from the strech pose (dog) into the strength pose( plank) the moment itself is not part of the workout it is just so u can move from strech to strentght to strech generally during a vinyasa otherwise u would have to start and stop to find the new pose

      First of all, you're not recognizing that's a dand.
      Second, movement absolutely is part of a yoga workout. That's the point – connecting movement to breath. Plenty of styles of yoga don't hold poses for more than one breath and move the whole time how tf is that not "part of the workout"?

    It's kinda like a burpee. Low strength component, moves the whole body plus there's a breathing pattern making it harder.
    Repping sun salutations feels better, though.
