No it can't lmao. Hourglass shape is determined by the amount of FAT on your belly and hips. There are no muscles that make your hips protrude. Ass mass will mostly make it pop when looked at from the side. In fact, building big legs makes your hips look smaller in comparison
Did karate every week as a kid for 7 years. My sensei was very traditional, and we were in horse riding stance constantly. I built up massive quads and they've never gone away.
Horse stance isn't ideal for building muscle but come on now, it isn't remotely comparable to just standing around with all your joints in their strongest positions.
