they mostly just end up training them explosively with high weight which fricks up their shoulders and doesn't do much for them because they're stabilizers that are primary slow twitch anyway.
I've only ever done this for it, you could also do face pulls, or reverse flyes, for those you only need a set of mediocre dumbbells at home because you can't do them heavy anyway.
It grows, but it takes time and consistency. Don't force it with heavy weights and too many reps as shoulders are kind of sensitive. Listen to your body.
You have to exercise and eat to grow
Have you tried going to the gym?
the only way to grow your delts is to roid
Bullshit, morons do shoulder exercises and end up using their traps because their form is shit then complain.

Not if you are Randy
3x20 lat raises every session, low weight (I just use 5kg)
lat raises aren't particularly good for rear lats.
no.
anyway, I do t-bar rows for my rear lats (wide grip), don't ego lift them, just do them very slow and concentrated.
yes, fly away from this gay planet.
you think rows are enough? what about face pulls

facepulls aren't for delts, anatomylet
they're ok for your rear delts which is the main group that has issues if you're not on drugs.
>tfw rear and front delts mog side delts
are you moronic or just dyel
Depends on how you perform them
Based on your form they can target your traps, rear delts or shoulder rotators
Wow. That's pretty impressive dude. Keep up the work brother
hope it helps, paying attention to your rear delts is the way to having good shoulders as a natural.
I'd kill myself if I had to roid for this.
forget to mention your roid stack?
Just flap your arms like a bird until failure, cawing "grow grow grow" loudly may help
have you tried lifting more
Swimming + power snatch/c&j
Don't do lateral raises to the sides, do them at a forward angle. If you fail at that, try doing it chest supported on a bench.
