I've been trying to cure my high blood pressure. Since March I've
>lost 20 pounds
>stopped eating fast food, restaurant food, and prepacked food when I used to eat them daily
>Went from couch potato to doing moderate cardio 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes
On Wednesday I saw my doctor and he agreed that my high blood pressure was greatly improved, so said I could have the dosage on my medication. My htn is still controlled (124/84 is the highest I've recorded) but unfortunately I can really feel it. Guess I've still got a ways to go.
>have the dosage
Halve*
Went from 10mg of Lisinopril daily to 5mg.
124/84 is the highest you've recorded? That's not that bad if that's the highest that you've recorded.
>in perfect health
Yes, that's me. You wanted something?
Post bloodwork
>lard
Britbongs always say this and I don't know why. Do britbongs use a lot of lard in their recipes? I can't think of a time where I have ever used lard or ate at a restaurant which uses lard, and I've been all over the US. Sneed oils, on the other hand, are in everything from chocolate bars, to fast food, to frozen foods, to ice cream, to potato chips, to restaurants, and even just trail mix.
Mexican restaurants still use real lard sometimes. The best refried pintos use lard.
I've eaten 3 eggs every almost every morning for the past 12 years. I do blood work twice a year due to my job and I've never had any health issues, nor have I been warned of any possible health issues.
So... maybe you're allergic to eggs but they are fine and delicious for me.
>Emma Morano was famously the last living person who saw the 1800s, and was the world’s oldest person when she passed away at 117 in April 2017. She ate two raw eggs every day as a way to fend off anemia
UH OH

Running in place with Ring Fit Adventure isn’t the worst thing.
