        Plus:
        >tastes good
        >lots of protein
        >convenient
        Cons:
        >very easy to overeat
        >lots of salt
        >lots of fat, very calorie dense. Could be a pro if you're bulking

I personally eat it 1x per week max. It can also vary wildly. In my experince if it's home made or true italian it seems moderately healthy. But if it's from dominos or a kebab shop it's extremely greasy and salty.

American pizza is better than italian pizza

it has a low amount of protein per calorie, a balanced diet of meat veg and rice/potatoes would get you more protein and nutrients per calorie

Pizza is by far my favorite food but it has too little protons that I never go for it during cheat meals. I always go for tenders or burgers and so on. I miss you pizza. Maybe next bulk

Post recipe, I make my own bread but haven't done pizza yet.

          >recipe
          i usually make 4 pies:
          - 600 grams tipo 00 flour
          - 390 grams water
          - 18 grams salt
          - 2 grams fresh yeast
put the water in a bowl, mix in the yeast, then add around 10% of the dough as a buffer for the salt, add the salt, mix in the rest of the dough. knead until the flour is fully incorporated, then slap 'n fold (https://youtu.be/9LXcchONCwg) that biatch for around 10 -15 minutes. let it rest in the fridge for AT LEAST 24 HOURS, up to 72 hours (better flavor).

          Margherita is so boring

Of course not. There’s been plenty of times where I have 300-400 calories left on the table, and I only need 20 grams of protein, so I go down and get a slice of pizza to Finnish if my macros.
There is no “good”, or “bad” food. It’s simply more nutritious vs. less nutritious.

I always gain like 2 kg each time I have a greasy pizza, so not really cut friendly. I guess it’s mostly bloating from all the shit tier ingredients

Impossible to gain 2kg of tissue (fat or muscle) in 1 day. It’s just water weight bro, it goes away just as fast as it comes on.

A pizza doesn't even fricking way 2kg, tf are you talking about? Is your body defying Physics? Is it creating matter out of thin air?

All that matters with weight*** is calories. Nothing more nothing less.

Homemade pizza is not bad, even costco pizza.

If you eat toast with cherry tomatoes and a side of cheese you're seen as a health guru.

Those are all ingredients in Pizza. None of them are bad, cheese has protein, Tomato has some fiber and nutrients and the dough has carbs + protein.

A pizza topped with veggies and some form of protein (tuna/chicken) is an S-Tier food in terms of taste/macros/micros

It's fine if you only eat a couple slices, but the vast majority of people order a whole pizza then snack on that shit for a full day or two.
