        The best diet for weight loss is the one your personally find easiest to stick to a deficit on. Every single other metabolic/scientific consideration merely fights for a distant second place next to Compliance.     i noticed this somewhat as well, it makes tracking cals harder but i basically do 16:8 just due to being used to skipping breakfast and eat frequently from noon to evening

    All the normies I know think this it the best shit because of the "thermic effect" of food where after eating your body has to use like 0.0001 calories to kickstart metabolism so that is why it's a good idea to spike their insulin 10 times a day. They all get quick results but always gain everything back in about a month when their hormones inevitably fuck up.
