BIG delts, big lats, big biceps and triceps, big pecs, big quads, big calves, big hamstrings, big glutes, big firearms, big traps, big necks muscles. I think that's everything, so just prioritize growth in those areas and train frequently and regularly with allowance for proper and nutrition rest.
There's no specific training, all the advice you're going to get boils down to "lift heavy weights".
The key is nutrition, these guys eat in quantities you wouldn't believe, they'd be obese if they weren't working out as hard as they do.
You need to eat big to get big.
Traps and neck are severely underrated by the average gym rat, but a good set of traps and a thick neck set off a lot of unconcious "big guy" vibes in your head, and go along way to amking it look like you lift even when you're wearing clothes.
The other is to be realistic. Don't compare yourself to a top level wrestler from a nation with the state apparatus in place to keep WADA from testing their guys. Look at his arms, most guys would be lucky to get delts and biceps like that with a strict bodybuilding split and he's got seperation just from training for a weight classed sport?
You can look thicker like that guy if you eat more but you won't have his leanness. The only way you can be a brick shithouse like that guy while also being relatively lean is gear. If you're natty you will look either fat or flat.
>how do I look like X
Unless you have the same muscle insertions and proportions as the guy you posted you cannot. You will look like how you will look like.

Forearms, not firearms, but you get the idea.
>Forearms, not firearms
How else is anon supposed to give out tickets to the gunshow?
forearms fire the firearms
>big firearms
>he doesn't train his firearms

Also the guy you posted is clearly on PEDs.
Be a mantlet and steroids

Years worth of roids
Heavy weights. High reps
Some hard conditioning work
No cutting season
>how you think you'd look like as a wrestler
Vs
>how you actually look like
That’s what a roided wrestler looks like
Thats what a natty wrestler looks like
Still good enough to score most chicks with these bodies other than maybe #4 and #9 rip them.
8 isn't scoring anything with hips that wide
>D1 athlete, top % of american athletics even at a less competative school
>lol wide hips
I hate IST so fuckin much.
>t. Wide hips
>short
lift heavy af and get into something that conditions (running/biking/climbing/whatever) short kings get an easier go of getting aesthetic af.
The trick to big delts is big lats that push your delts out when your arms are by your side

Maybe if you started lifting at very young and have great genetics and diet then you could but to be big or lean is usually the dichotomy.
