    Meditate and feel your balls produce more testosterone. I mean literally feel it, feel the connection between your balls and your mind. You can also do this with your pituitary gland. That’s somewhat basic though.

    Here's what worked for me.

    >write down your goals in a paper (organic paper without weird shit on it)
    >burn the paper
    >collect the ashes and draw a sigil in your body with it
    >go workout without cleaning the ashes from both your hands and chest

    I went from 110 lbs to 200 lbs doing this, not changing anything in my diet, just training.
