I don't know what your relation is too food. But I use to have a bad addiction to fast food. Theres a reason that in AA, they dont train you to drink only occasionally.
Make it homemade, it’s HIGHLY addictive. On its own it’s not /that/ bad but it’s hard to stick to one. If I have pizza tomorrow I’ll probably have pizza again in a month and than in two weeks and than it’s a weekly thing, and than I’ll have it whenever someone offers and yada yada. I’d rather never have it than be a slave to cravings. I’ll have it but only on occasion and at like a sit down place
my cheat is getting high on weed and scarfing down 6-7 bakery cookies @150cal each
I use a THC vape right before bed because I sleep like a baby and stay up all night without it, but any time I use it a few hours beforehand (to simply stave off boredom) I inhale like 1000+ cal of snacks and I can't stop myself. Like the pros/cons risk/reward just go out the window and all I wanna do is eat until I get a stomach ache.
Whenever I smoke I usually bypass hunger by eating lots of fruits/vegetables with high fiber, drinking tea/coffe and if really needed, zero calories sodas and chewing bubblegum
I also take 30-40 minute walks when I'm high and try to keep myself busy with light exercise or things to distract me from thinking about food
Most of the time I can just control my hunger though
I do intermittent fasting all week, usually Noon to 6:00pm with two 24 hour fasts (monday and thursday). The last two weeks I have been doing "one meal a day" for fun. The weekends are a free for all though, it usually: >Beers >Chips >Ice Cream >Takeout
I am happy and I find this is easy to maintain, I've been floating around 160LBS at 5'9" for a long time now. Before starting this, I was a chubby 175-180LBS.
>Oven to 325F >Large bowl mix the following: >8 cups large rolled oats >1 cup slivered almonds >1 cup hulled raw sunflower seeds >1 cup hulled raw pumpkin seeds >1/2 cup of maple syrup >2/3 cup of cooking oil >Once mixed, dump onto large baking tray/sheet >Flatten and bake for 20 minutes >Heat up some peanut butter in a small pot >When it becomes liquid, drizzle over the finished granola >Enjoy
Every month or so I drive into the mountains to see my sister, there's a fosters freeze in the town over and I love getting a double cheeseburger, fries and a bang from the grocery store. Shit's kino
Chocolate milk. On days I really don’t want to lift, one thing that motivates me is knowing I’ll get to down a fat glass of delicious chocolate milk right after.
My favourite cheat meal is mixing 4-5 scoops of whey with some spices/fruits. This satiates me on a weed food binge

Indian Buffet. butter chicken, naan, egg curry, lamb curry, tandoori chicken chickpea salad, carrot halwa for desesrt. I think its called that.
The one I like has tandoori chicken legs/thighs, so I end up getting a big feed of protein.
