Kipping is a good starter strategy to understand how the motion should look, but you shouldn't rely on it and should instead view it as progression. In other words, calling a kipped muscle up a muscle up is like calling an assisted pull-up a pull-up. Technically accurately but laughably absurd to anyone who understands the distinction
You have more than enough strength, now you need to build the technique. I'll recommend using a band at the beginning and kipping. From there progress to no band and less kipping

You could easily do them in isolation. If your main goal is strength, then you probably should do them in isolation. But if you're trying to get better at muscle ups, the only way to do that is more muscle ups.

It's about strength to weight ratio. Having enough strength to move your own body weight. The more muscle mass you have beyond the ability to move your own bodyweight above the bar the more difficult this move becomes, regardless of your bf%.
