Make sure you drink salt water and take potassium pills. Do light, full body workouts every day, so that you don't start burning muscle away.

Meditation will get rid of all your cravings, also recommend reading the Bible as it contains a lot of knowledge regarding fasting.
Excercise will speed up your autophagy which will start working at around the 3 day mark.

I need to do a weightlifting break (due to some health issues), will swimming + resistant bands training be enough to keep (atleast some) muscle mass?
You will lose muscle but I think the ratio is better than cico weight loss from what I’ve seen.

I used to do this all the time to make weight and for at least 10 days. I was young too so didn’t even think of taking any supplements. I’m sure he’ll be fine.

I have some family visiting me for a few weeks so I'm not alone right now. Smoking cigs with big mugs of black coffee seems to lower the cravings, but I need to make up for the electrolytes lost from drinking coffee so its aight
