It is true for me at least and will likely be true for you too if you don't regularly eat enough fish and whatever else gives you Omega 3. This is also assuming that you don't have any other issues fricking up your sleep.
I took a multi vitamin pill that had pretty much 100% DRI on everything including zinc and magnesium that did nothing.
Once I started taking Omega 3, my brain fog started going away and I started to become tired and fall asleep easier at 10pm than usual (probably fixed my melatonin production or something), have better quality sleep, waking up more refreshed than before, and just overall feeling better mentally.

To all the tards: your magnesium pills are not straight up elemental magnesium. If it's magnesium glycinate, for example, it's a magnesium ion associated with the amino acid glycine, so the total dose includes the glycine.
