I’m in the exact same boat. I’ve always been dogshit at front squats but my quads are much stronger than my hamstrings.
Multiple squat variations on different days > any single exercise

i do agree that high bar back squat is good. but something about hte front squat feels amazing. i love shoving my neck against the bar when i go to place it and almost choking myself

No one who says this ever has a good front squat. You need to have a good back squat to get a good front squat. Even most olympic weightlifters can't get away with only front squatting. And the few people that do, like Ilya, are phenoms + on tons of gear.
