Is eating two bananas, two kiwis, one pear, one avocado and a cup of blueberries too much fruit in a day?
It's either this or I end up feeling low after work and demolishing a tub of haagen dazs
I'm skinny and high metabolism btw I just don't want bad effects if it's too much sugar/fructose

        Its great as is with milk but you can also mix it into a banana milkshake so its less constipating. Also tastes delicious
