I only have a 4 day work week so I try to as many work outs as possible over the 3 day weekend so I only have to do 1 work out while working.

First thing in the morning, but since I work remotely now I do it any time in the morning. I wake up, have a coffee while doing a bit of stretching and moving around, work out, go for a long walk around lunch, and maybe a swim around dinner time.

During lunch since WFH home gym master race. During my office days I would drink preworkout shake then hit gym on way home at 5:30pm.

right after work is over
gym is in the same building
i work 2nd shift so i usually lift around noon
