    I made a home gym specifically because I would talk myself out of working out if I had to drive to the gym for it after a day of crawling around on my knees.

    I work from 09:00 to 18:00. Sometimes I work out at 19:00, but when it's hot and I'm in a masochist mood I work out at 06:00.

    I only have a 4 day work week so I try to as many work outs as possible over the 3 day weekend so I only have to do 1 work out while working.

    Sat Sleep in, work out around 10:30am

    Not at all mon/tues because im out the house for 12 hours with a 2+hour commute.

    8-10pm weds/thurs/Fri. Sometimes 6.30-8.30 if i WFH.

    Any time on sat/Sun depending on family plans. Today was 6-8pm. Yesterday was 3-5pm

    First thing in the morning, but since I work remotely now I do it any time in the morning. I wake up, have a coffee while doing a bit of stretching and moving around, work out, go for a long walk around lunch, and maybe a swim around dinner time.

    >9-9 Sundays,2-10 Mon-Thu, 2-8 on Friday with Saturday off

    >9:30am head home and bullshit around until 12:30pm where I eat, shower get dressed
    >leave house at 1:30pm and head to work
    cool thing is the food there is free and somewhat healthy at least
