Garloids meals diet

Hey guys,how often do you guys eat fresh garloid meat has full meals? I try to eat one to two sliced garloid ?meat sandwiches after i feed them plenty of tap water since they taste much better...

My diet consists of

Breakfast: scrambled eggs and bacon
Lunch: garloid sandwich and a cup of Orange juice
Snack: chicken and broccoli like all my favorite natural Hollywood lifters
Dinner:Cut garloid meat wirh rice
Post dinner snack:garloid milk and monkey testicles

        I disagree. It is true that whey and beef can be more complete with their respective aminoacid profile, but garloid still does better than vegan protein in regards of its bioavailability. Just have your garloid with some eggs, anon, and problem solved.

        It's not about the amino acid profile, you're mostly paying for cartilage, ligament and mucous in the domestic farmed variety.

    I quit garloids because I couldn't be assed wasting time cooking them. Used to boil them while doing chores in the house but grilled tasted better. My oven is broken so nope. Fried just adds calories and I'm in a cut right now.

      Boiled garloids taste awful and fried the smell is horrid, grilled or baked is best with fresh loids
