why the frick is the human body so fragile
We are made to outrun animals, not defeat them by sheer muscle power. Ancient hunters didn't kill their food by fighting it, they ran and ran so much until the Gazelle or whatever collapsed.
An outdated and stupid theory. I bet you think out of Africa is true too.
yeah just joined the club recently
rehab it you moron.
rehab can really make a difference
i like these guys their meniscus video helped me
*benches once*
>Benches and OHPs with improper form multiple times
t. Did just that and have to rehab
Thanks for the tip first year lifter.
HELP
I did a weird swing with my arm and my clavicle popped forward. What do?
pop it backward, dummy
I can't, I tried doing the opposite movement a lot and stretching and nothing works
I went to a doctor and he said
>nothing to worry about it's not serious
Hate that c**t
go to a chiropractor or a massage therapist maybe they can help you out. Don't trust the doctor israelite.
Yeah that's my plan next, a chiropractor fixed my hip pain pretty good years back
partially dislocated my shoulder when I was 8 and it's clicked and cracked ever since
> clicked and cracked
Im 30 and there's basically not a joint in my body that doesn't click when moved now.
I want to go back to smooth and silent joints bros....
my Black this is why you should do deadhangs and swingy type exercises like indian/heavy clubs or hand to hand 1-handed kettlebell swings. Things that pull your joints apart help your joint fluids refresh and click less.
dumbbell or kettlebell OHP is superior because your arms move in the scapular plane and this never happens. barbell OHP can be rough. Log or swiss bar is a good compromise
frick off with your ecult, probably run by some fat troony and a whole lacky of power tripping bbc posters
>go to doctor about joint pain when you're young
>"just do stretches bro stop being such a pussy, no you can't have any painkillers"
>go to doctor about joint pain when you're old
>"yeah that's gonna happen at your age, nothing we can do
why are doctors such incompetent lazy c**ts?
They actually don't know how to fix shit, go to a chiropractor
The best you're gonna get from a doctor is this
>My shit hurts doc
>*500 exams later*
>Yeah you're gonna need surgery
aren't chiropractors a bunch of snake oil merchants?
*paralyses you*

Astrology. Same vibe.
Because they weren't told what to do if someone has an injured shoulder. They have literally no education on the topic outside of a 5 minute google search.
Like
said. Go to an actual professional who deals with these issues.
I've always had bad shoulder. Suffered a severe shoulder injury in my mid 20s. I did physical therapy and it completely fixed all my issues. I now do weighted dips past parallel with 45lbs added.
OP is just mad that he's injured. He would be better off doing shoulder stability exercises than making shit threads.
I think I fricked up mine today
I've had two surgeries on the same shoulder but consistent lifting has actually helped a shit ton. My shoulders feel the same now besides some weird clicking occasionally
i pulled mine when i slipped on the roof and my right arm got fricked
t. not doing their facepulls
my shoulder didn't start getting fricky until after i started doing them
and yes i made sure my form was good
For me it's left shoulder
Perma pinched arm nerves from doing push-ups, physio didn't help
>actually giving up on actively trying to recover and get back to the gym
ishygddt
Is it worth getting a shoulder massage for a rotator cuff injury?
Should I go to a specialist, or would a general deep tissue massage work?
Hate the idea of trying to get a referral for something just a step above placebo.
>as a teenager yanked something in a warehouse and felt a pop in my shoulder
>noticed it clicked every time I raised it above parallel but didn't hurt
>someone noticed me fiddling with it and made me file an incident report + go home
>next day it fricking stung and I could barely lift it
>Weeks of rehab but they never told me what it was, jsut did stretches + super light weight
>now when I lift sometimes it'll pop and I'll need to stop lifting, stretch a lot then run home to icyhot it and take a 3+ day break
WAKE ME UP
>but they never told me what it was
Useless frickers.
I know, I'm still fricking mad about this. I saw multiple specialists before getting just like a vague "general shoulder rehab". To this day don't know whether I need to worry about my rotator cuff, a specific tendon or muscle or what.
To be fair, most doctors are morons and have no idea either. Unless you go do an MRI and have a competent specialist, you're completely in the dark
I impinged a nerve in my shoulder and a combination of switching OHP to dumbbell-only and a TENS machine took care of it.
Now if only I could free the one in my neck that sets the back of my head on fire.
OHP is such a shit exercise in terms of long term back health. Everyone i know who has done it for long enough ends up with cervical bulges.
>hurt back doing deadlifts
>do physical therapy for 3 months
>start doing dead lifts again at lower weight
>work way up, attempt 275 lb deadlift and feel pain on the 2nd rep so I stop
>back pain is back
is it fricking over? Am I just done with deadlifts for good? They were my favorite lift...
>Hurt knee because I fricked up hip thrusts or something
>Still hurts after 3-4 months
>Haven't done a proper leg workout since it started
It's not a sharp pain, I just don't want it to get any worse than it already is.
>pop shoulder out doing db bench press
>shoulder is still fricky years later
I dunno anon, I just stretch really well and don’t lift over 300 lbs nowadays and my shoulder is better.
