alcohol is the ultimate gains goblin. fucks your recovery, your liver, your electrolytes, your brain. it sucks that it's basically the only way to double your chances of getting laid
alcohol always drains my magnesium (which gives me tension headaches) so i always eat a bunch of dark chocolate to restore my magnesium and that solves the headaches

I can actually manage to recover well and train if I stick to alcohol even though I do drink a lot but when I take amphetamines on top of that it usually takes me 3-4 days to really feel well again. It recently got to a point where I just saw my gains dwindle away so I am attempting to take a break from all that shit and regain some of the muscle and strength I have lost. Just a few weeks of really focussing on diet, sleep and training.
I wonder if this is a psyop into getting us into liking fat girls. It’s working on me atleast.
