Bench is 250lbs for low reps(under 5 reps)
Squats and Deadlift are in a good range, cuz lanklets are good at lower body exercises.
So squats in 300lbs range and deadlift maybe 405lbs in the 5 rep range.

Translation:
I bounce it off my bird chest twice and my zoomer bro spotter does most of the work.
Then we give each other high fives
Have you never heard of an indoor gym? Its this thing that has a ceiling and walls, it blocks the sun while lifting. Pic related, its a rough diagram of something we call a "room" we put gyms in.
Delusional stats in this thread, I see guys built like OP in my gym and they OHP 30-40kg, Bench around 60-70 kg, Squat 60-80kg and Deadlift around 100kg
Keep in mind he has non-manlet rom so twice as much distance to travel
Well A year and a half back I was that same weight, but I'm only 6'0". I looked like picrel, but with a bigger gut
My stats were > 185 OHP > 315 Bench > I didn't squat > 465 Deadlift
So I'm guessing you outperform all of these since you're not a fat DYEL blob like I was. For kicks, I'll throw out some numbers > 185 OHP > 305 Bench (I acknowledge my Bench and OHP were REALLY good for a mostly inactive lardbucket) > 375 Squat > 515 Deadlift
Well I weigh 162 now, so I wouldn't say I'm fricking myself as hard as before
Hell, back in March I pulled off a 4:57 mile, because I actually run somewhat regularly now, and you know, don't eat like a Hamgalaxy anymore
I only knew my lifts at the time because my high school had a weight room (I was a senior, and seniors could go in there at lunch and could take Weight Training as a class, I did both)
I work out at home now, and my lifts are admittedly a bit weaker, but all the lard is gone (almost, still can't see the bottom 2 abs) so I don't really care.
If anyone cares what I can do now: > 160 OHP > 275 Bench > Still don't squat lmao > 405 Deadlift but it's like, really difficult and I need to have a mixed grip. In my defense I had a belt when I pulled 465 and don't now > Can even do 31 straight Pull-Ups but I'll be the first to admit my form goes to shit at 25
You have the same body as me. You can't lift shit. You might be able to squat 200+ lbs. Overhead press will be weak as frick, def less than 125 lbs. Bench press will be low as frick too.

>tfw my chest looks like this
>tfw I struggle to bench 155 lbs 3x8
at least now I know people must think I'm strong haha

Actually pretty impressive. You're probably a natural athlete who is just squandering their gifts.
