Too many carnivore influencers have had iron overload problems leading to elevated SHGB and low testosterone. What they all had in common was that they ate a lot of liver. Be careful, or you might find yourself needing bloodlet every week to fix it. I suppose liver consumption on a grain-heavy diet is probably fine, though I would worry about copper to zinc ratio.

yes i know that ex carnis like dr salad, tufagno, and that two sisters had iron problems, probably because they eat too much liver in a week and afaik they didn't consume coffee or other caffeine (they help to chelate iron). but 6 oz of liver once a week isn't going to cause problems especially when i consume lots of coffee and black tea
