            I'm in bed in my pajamas and the lights are off, but I'm seriously just asking for help, I'm not pretending to be someone else and I'm not as attractive as you think, or else I would probably have different results irl than online.

            Anyway I just found a Zyzz workout program and I think I'm going to start using it.

            My real important question for everyone right now though, is will getting ripped improve my dating prospects? If by the time I'm 15 I have a perfect body would I I have a shot at the 18-19 year old girls I didn't get or will I still be forced to settle for 25+ roasties with ugly tattoos and stuff and be expected to pretend like I'm grateful?

            I'm never going to get back the years I lost but can I make up for them?

              If you are attractive you can date younger easy as far as I can tell. I know 27 year olds getting with 19 year olds and a 32 year old with a 21 year old. No clue when age becomes a barrier just make sure you don't go bald and wrinkly at least. Take finasteride (from hims or keeps or doctor), use sunscreen everyday, avoid the sun, wear hats. Start using Retin-A (tell derm/doctor you have acne problem and he should give it to you). Also have a stable and income and stuff. The more stuff you have (house, car etc) the better.

          Get this haircut. It works for this guy so it'll work for you. It's better than no haircut.

          As for the workout, do rows and lat pulldowns for back. lateral/front raises, rear delt flys and overhead press for shoulders Get that V-taper. Attractiveness is determined by your shoulder to waist ratio. Don't use the cardio rowing machine. Use the real ones with plates or weight stacks. Never use straps, so you can build your arms at the same time. If you want to build arms, my favorite exercises are straight barbell curls and kneeling tricep pushdowns with a rope. Honorable mention to the preacher curl and tricep extension machines. Especially a plate-loaded preacher curl. Straight barbell curls will build the most arm size overall though. If your wrists hurt, just stop being a bitch and force them to stop hurting. They will stop hurting. Do reverse grip lat pulldowns to help out.

    I can NOT stress this enough. EAT MORE. Eat protein when you need protein. Eat carbs when you need carbs. You can feel it in your body. Learn that feeling. Eat a lot of fat if you want to recover and/or have slow-burning energy for a long time. But fucking EAT MORE. You NEED to be in a caloric surplus. If you can't gain weight, even though you think or feel like you're eating a lot, YOU'RE NOT EATING ENOUGH. Eat whatever you have to eat but try to eat minimally processed foods. If you need to pound ice cream and chocolate bars, do it. If you can eat clean, do it. Fucking EAT. eat fast and eat a lot. Eat even when you have no appetite. It's a huge fucking privilege to be able to shove down food even though you're not hungry just so you can get bigger and stronger.
