he's a boxer, they all do since they have to meet a weight cap and upper legs are one of the heaviest parts of your body and developing them doesn't make you punch faster.
matter of fact, in most sports they specifically avoid training upper legs, because they're not really good for anything besides cycling, they don't even make you run faster or jump higher.

Just keep going. Ive got long arms too. I benched 375. If youre on gear, try doing some direct tricep work. It might help. Powerlifting traing for bench is probably the best way to go.

Training for 15 months.
And i got DYEL arms, everything else is good
