Hey reddit I'm 6'0" and 130 lbs, pic related. What is the best way for me to gain a shit ton of weight by dieting without eating so much fat (red meat, cheese, peanut butter, etc.) and destroying my health completely? I've been avoiding protein shakes but I think it's probably stupid that I've been trying to eat solely food to gain. Wat do?

Eating fat won't destroy your health as long as you're not eating a ton of animal fat, milk, cheese, avocado, peanut butter etc. are all calorie dense and will not destroy your health
Also that's not to say animal fat will frick you up if you eat some, just don't eat half pound hamburgers for lunch and ribeyes for dinner every day

Animal fat is ok for most people as long as you are working out and eating loads of fiber in the form of vegetables. Cheese you can go without, people who eat lots of cheese are disgusting slobs.

I'm 6"2 and went from 145 pounds -> 182 pounds in a few years and have found the easiest way for me to eat a lot is eating asian food. Chanko you can make from anything and fried rice you can make from anything. Easy to make, forgiving if you are shit at cooking, easy to add loads of vegetables and protein.
And it goes without saying, squat, bench, pullups, deadlifts within whatever program works for you. I'm currently just doing loads of running, boxing, and bodyweight exercises and the weight is staying on and I look and feel great. I'm DYEL for bodybuilding standards but c**ts don't frick with me and I can pick most people up and am healthy.

Whoever told you meat and dairy would destroy your health is a liar. Eat lots of grassfed beef and drink raw milk if you want do it "healthily". Biggest thing is to push through being full and just keep eating. Eat when you're not hungry. Stop drinking as much water and drink calories (milk, smoothies, juice, etc). It's really not hard to clean bulk. Here's a list of food that are my faves:
-Raw milk
-Peanut butter smoothies
-Sourdough and butter
-Coconut oil and avocado oil on everything
-Lentil pasta with pesto
-Lots of grass fed beef and chicken thighs with the skin
-White rice with every meal
Its not that hard you just have to really want it. Count calories if you have to. Eat 1.5g of protein for every pound you weigh. Increase weights by 5lbs every 1-2weeks. good luck bro
