    quit all foods with added sugars
    quit all junk food like pizzas and burgers
    quit all cheese and buttery stuff
    eat no more than 3 meals a day

            not him but yeah the posture is not great all around

            stick out your chest while pulling your shoulders back

            and then around your core try to pull in your ass with your hips instead of having it stick out like that, and obviously suck in your gut as much as you can at all times

            I was a smiliar skinnyfat and that body type lends itself well to dogshit posture
