I have abs everywhere in my body. Arms, thighs, calves, chest, even in my forehead. But also i was always skinny, and ive been training for endurance for like 4 years now.
A lot of it is about genetics. Had a skinny friend who never steped in a gym, could run 50m but had huge veins in his arms.
Cut on BF and workout. Ive been on my first serious cut this summer and I have a bunch of new veins showing. Feels amazing. Sometimes after the gym, ill just llook at myself in my car windows with my pump in the sun and mire myself.

Endurance-type workouts on forearms (lower weight, reps in the 25-35 range) actually bring out veins a lot and if you keep doing them for at least 6 months you'll notice the vascularity will start to develop even when you're not pumped up.
Can someone explain to me why visible veins are something to aim for?
Personally I don't find them attractive and would like to get less visible veins.

i do no cardio and have very visible veins even without a pump

Don’t raise arms above heart level
Mine pop like crazy after a few days of shit sleep. Don't know what it is but they come out just from sitting down. Terrible for gains though.

Hot weather makes mine permanently stick out. IDK how the heat correlates to viny popping out, someone smarter than me could explain it better.
