        1570 calories seems like too much of a deficit for your current weight. I would recalculate your daily goal calories to a smaller deficit of 300 or so. I know the temptation is strong to do a larger deficit but any advantage in speed will be lost if you can't consistently hold to the daily targets.

            I'm about the same weight as you, 5'9" and my TDEE is 2,729. A 500 deficit for me would be 2229. I think something is just off with your numbers. Use tdeecalculator.net and see what it tells you.

                You're doing it wrong, set your meme multiplier to sedentary or lower then add stepcount and workout calories manually

                Whatever is sustainable for you. It really doesn't matter if carbs or fat is higher or lower if you don't have wiggle room in your diet for slight day-to-day variations. It especially doesn't matter if things are so strict that when (not if but when) inevitable cheat days show up, you attempt to quickly turn around and "optimize" to never have it happen again.
                Either take the L and get back on track or do some reflection about what you can sustain for a longer period.

                I would suggest not following automatic calculations of net carbs. Not all fiber sources are equal (allulose is not the same physiologically as cellulose for example, but are calculated the same).

    Don't structure your diet like a meme diet. Have recipes and methods in there you like and would look forward to eating but are lower calorie. It makes dieting a lot easier. Also don't cut so hard that you're starving all day. Made both those mistakes and had plenty of rebounds and binges that were way worse than 300kcal over
