Literally the answer is to just start. Don't over-sleep, get your ass out of bed. 6-9 hours of sleep as an absolute max. Oversleeping will make this worse.
Don't feel like exercising? Do it anyway, do something even if you go easy because you feel like shit.
More broadly OP: if you don't like how things are, the first step is not doing the same exact fricking things that you aren't happy with. If you want a different future you need to start behaving differently now.

I have a similar problem, I have no energy anymore, I'm 31 and it feels like I aged overnight. I'm self employed, I basically can lift, and work and then just crash every night. Completely killed all hobbies and social life. My diet hasn't changed but the lack of energy came out of nowhere.

There are a handful of amino acids that are conditionally-essential (found daily in foods, but compete for absorption by higher ratio amino acids and/or not found very often).
Amino acids determine everything in health, most of them are 100% required to absorb minerals/vitamins.
For reference lysine and arginine are required to absorb calcium in the abundance needed to actually sustain bone density through regular use. Opposed to just maintaining heart regulation as a electrolyte. Your body will begin to leach calcium from bones in order to maintain heart health into old age.
This can cause low energy from chronic inflammatory markers.
People put way too much emphasis on vitamins/minerals and not enough emphasis on amino-acid profile. Which is exponentially more important. People's knowledge of amino acids are also often times borderline moronic.
For reference and example people on this board un-ironically take l-arginine amino supplements.

The body has a counterbalance system with a few other amino acids namely l-citrulline.
If you supplement with l-arginine, your body rejects almost all of it and either breaks it down or pisses it out. It will not allow supplementation of it as it says "we have too much l-arginine compared to x, y, z. We obviously don't need it."
Instead by supplementing with l-citrulline, l-arginine levels vastly improve as the body thereby states "whoa we have way too much l-citrulline, we better start producing l-arginine."
Thereby balancing the equation of the two and raising l-arginine levels.
l-citrulline leads to l-arginine which leads to more calcium (that stays in the body and isn't just pissed out) which leads to better mitochondrial production.
Increased calcium also increases vitamin d absorption and vice versa. Vitamin d can reduce inflammation and help fight off diseases like cancer.

I'll digress slightly to get back on point.
The body often times has a huge amount of one type of amino acid and not enough of conditionally-essential amino acids.
Despite what shills say there is competition for absorption of amino acids and there is competition for transfer via the bodies many transport systems. So being deficient in key amino acids can absolutely destroy your body.
Most amino acids have a half life of all of a few hours at most. That's why they are conditionally-essential. You can spend years potentially living without them, but you will not be thriving.
What this does is literally prematurely age you.
A great example is cysteine, it's super important to get small amounts of cysteine every few hours. If not you can't make an antioxidant needed to prevent rampart damage in the body as it's a conditionally-essential amino acid that is in strict competition with everything.
cysteine does not like to be absorbed, when absorbed it has an incredibly short half life (all of 1-2 hours) and what little is in your body is often gobbled up by greedy organs which prevents its benefits in making antioxidants that can prevent widespread damage to the body.
There are dozens and dozens of scenarios of amino acids having higher priority than vitamins-minerals.
In fact everyone who supplements a vitamin-mineral you can effectively say is just fricking moronic. As having a good ranged amino acid profile will exponentially increase your ability to absorb all nutrients. Way more than any supplementation in the world can do.
The best way to do this is by eating a broad varied diet.
Small amounts of plants like gourds, fruits, and some vegetables.
Diverse meat sources (you want sulfur based meats added to your diet). Eating chicken and beef all day will end your fricking life prematurely.

Time and time again it has been proven that by checking your amino acid profile and seeing deficiencies you will correct the issue and have some form of health benefit from it.
