    man rust was so cool. szn 1 of True Detective easily better than every other season.

    i have a 30lb kettlebell at my home I do curls with. i typically don't do curls at the gym cuz I'm usually working out chest or back so my arms get pretty fatigued. I don't really have an "arm day". I just rip out sets at my house usually when I'm WFH.
