How do you genuinely whiten these things without fricking up your enamel and causing damage? I'm lucky, I've had bad teeth hygeine but my teeth aren't too bad. I want to fix them up though. I've heard like a really small % of bleech ge like 3-5% for like 30 minutes at a time in some molds each day is good, but it seems like people don't really know the trick to it. Also making your teeth enamel stronger. Some say xylitol gum can reharden your enamel but haven't really seen a ton on this.

Not going to spoonfeed you shit you can easily google homosexual
Gave you the crumbs, go do your own research
>too fricking lazy just to write out what you know
>NO NO! FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF
Fricking people dude. You legit sound like a foreigner.
>waaahhhh waahhhhhh I want my information to be prepackaged and half digested so I could easily forget it
>I don't wanna to try and give 2 seconds of my effort and time, it's too precious, and I might remember the information afterwards 🙁
>lazy
nah, I obviously have enough energy and desire to come here and dunk on you every other day
I could write out my knowledge down, I won't though
Does it bother you that foreigners have much more drive and ferocity in their pursuit to better their lives than you do? That they can google the topics that interest them? Maybe if you tried to google shit like they did your country wouldn't have a need to import them
Why apples and not a few tablespoons of sugar?
Don't listen to that guy, he doesn't know what he's talking about
>start using homemade toothpaste
Unnecessary and potentially harmful, normal toothpaste containing fluoride is what you need. Instead of hydroxyapatite, normal toothpaste forms fluorapatite on the enamel which is more resistant to dissociation in the presence of acid (the actual process that drives dental decay)
The other guy may reply something along the lines of "hurr durr fluoride" but you can look up the role of fluoride and enamel, there's a lot of research on the matter. Generally its safe in the doses found in toothpaste. I could talk about it in more depth if needed.
Brushing with homemade toothpaste is not recommended as results would vary greatly depending on the ingredients. Any potential beneficial outcome from brushing with homemade toothpaste would likely only result from the mechanical action of brushing which would occur regardless of the presence of toothpaste, and the potential negative effects such as abrasion (which is irreversible). Brushing with abrasive ingredients e.g. activated charcoal may be used on occasion (I use once every few months) as they will make teeth whiter by removing surface stains and a microlayer of enamel. But using this every day would lead to heavier abrasion over time.
Eating apples will in no way whatsoever whiten your teeth.
Not consuming as much sugar is good advice though
this is legit
Generally the best way to keep your teeth white is good oral hygiene i.e. brushing 2x per day with electric toothbrush + fluoride toothpaste. You can get whitening with custom trays and bleach e.g. hydrogen or carbamide peroxide but you need to be careful not to overdo it as it can lead to sensitivity.
An alternative could be composite or porcelain veneers but the latter would involve removal of healthy tooth surface
Really though teeth are supposed to be a bit yellow and if the OP pic were my teeth, I would be happy.
t. Dentist
thank you
>yes use fluoride goy
Just a friendly reminder that dentists are actually brain surgeons and any work done on your teeth ultimately affects your brain.
That "healthy dose of flouride" doesn't mean shit when it's on a fast track to your pineal gland on the highway express.
Stop letting dentist's pick at, chemically douse, and remove your teethe. You are paying them to literally giving you a lobotomy. Ever had a headache after seeing the dentist? Now you know why.
yeah this is completely moronic. Dentists are not brain surgeons. Well done, you posted a photo of the branches of the trigeminal nerve. Did you ever consider that all nerves lead back to the brain? Would you call a podiatrist a brain surgeon, because the nerves in the feet lead back to the brain?
Generally the only reason headaches and teeth could be linked is if you have TMJD and are a bruxist. But if you have that, thats not the dentist's fault.
Fluoride works topically at the interface of the oral cavity and the enamel, it does not get absorbed through your teeth and travel up those nerves lol.
Fluoride and the pineal gland - people like to say fluoride calcifies the pineal gland and I cannot find any evidence to support this. Calcification of the pineal gland happens to everybody as they get older and there is no evidence to suggest there are any actual negative effects from this.
Also I have looked at hundreds if not thousands of lateral cephalometric radiographs of children and adults (for ortho planning) and pretty rarely do I see a calcified pineal gland. And all of these patients have been receiving topical fluoride in some format every day since their first teeth erupted.
This is kind of true though lol I know a lot of dentists that think of themselves as doctors, imo until you work in a hospital setting e.g. in a maxillofacial rotation, dentists have not earnt the right to call themselves doctors
don't do this
T. dentist
>Calcification of the pineal gland happens to everybody as they get older
It's not supposed to, anon. Stop drinking the aluminum refinery run-off
>It's not supposed to, anon
Got a source to back that up?
Does drinking flourinated water actually protect your teeth against cavities?
not really. It might have a very slight benefit but the real solution is proper nutrition
You being a dentist means absolutely nothing. Just because you're a dentist or a doctor doesn't mean you know anything. Stick to the technical side and stop spewing half baked philosophies.
Chewing orange peels absolutely whitens teeth.
>Just because you're a dentist or a doctor doesn't mean you know anything
Yeah, and when my car broke down, I refused to take it to a mechanic because they know nothing about cars
I am not a car and bolting a piece of metal or ceramic or composite onto me isn't actually healing me.
>I am not a car and bolting a piece of metal or ceramic or composite onto me isn't actually healing me
right, I agree, but once the damage is done and the patient has massive holes in their teeth, there's little else I can do for them apart from fill them and try to preserve the nerve if possible. I can promote oral health as much as I want but once the decay has reached a certain point there is little else you can do. I don't want to be spending all my time "fixing" teeth, its better to prevent decay/tooth surface loss before it happens.
Right, and mechanics don't start talking about the mechanics of materials and other things they don't know anything about
who says I know nothing about it? Learning about the chemistry and physical properties of dental materials and the biochemistry concerning teeth is very much something dentists know about and understand. Stop making assumptions
what happens when a nerve path is disconnected from the teeth by pulling out a teeth?
Dentists are just israelites larping as doctors

Apples melt your teeth though as theyre acidic.
THIS
i also do baking soda when brushing, when i get those tartar on my tooth, that white mass that sticks to the teeth, so once every 3 days i was my teeth, ONCE.
never had caries, never lose a tooth, 38 years right now.
heavy meat eater here.
i do smoke but smoking yellows the teeth, so after i smoke that is once every 2 or 1 week, i brush my teeth with baking soda.
I did fennel oil and remineralizing toothpaste with xylitol. Then you hit it with one of those tooth lights that do red and blue. Worked great but then I got depressed again and now my teeth are fricked again.
Yeah, I'm getting a xylitol paste to try and work on remineralization. Crazy people want to get IST but not enamelmax.
Took about 3 months to see a big change. My gums were discolored from smoking in the past and that all cleared up too. Can't imagine why anyone interested in fitness wouldn't be all about health maximization in all aspects.

Teeth aren't supposed to be pearly white when you're an adult. Anything to "whiten" them will likely be doing some kind of damage elsewhere.
The correct answer is Peroxide Whitening Gel from Amazon. You will need trays though - a retainer will also work. Just follow the instructions. You teeth will be very sensitive during the treatment. Also, don't eat anything that stains until a few days after the tratment
Including coffee, wine, berries, etc.
Alternate method that will help some but not nearly as well... swish with hydrogen peroxide for a minute after you brush your teeth morning and night.
yellow teeth are natural
white (chicklet white) teeth are not
Yellow isn't natural. Wtf. My teethe are white with the smallest and slightest tinge of yellow towards the bottom of the tooth. That's natural. Some of you are walking around with piss yellow euro teeth. Brush your teethe man.
Quit coffee immediately and never consume it again.
You will never ever be able to brush the yellow off.
It also wrecks your health in a thousand other ways.
Quitting it also redpills you on how much of a fricking addict everyone is.
I've been drinking decaf coffee and Coke whenever I can, it really does make a difference in my energy levels.
A lot of the negative effects of coffee come from other substances aside from caffeine too. It's antibacterial (nukes your gut microbiome) and neutralizes stomach acids, ruining your digestion.
It also weakens the mucosal layer of the stomach, which after a decade or two ends up causing stomach ulcers (from which you can DIE!).
There's a myriad of other ill effects from consuming this poison.
my teeth are much more white now after quitting caffeine for a month
will green tea stain as bad as coffee?
A certified fact, I used to be a caffeine addict till late 2022, stopped me from being an anxious mess 24/7, hasn't stopped the depression but that is another story.
Eating orange peels
dentist?
>Dental health
Lmao, this is probably the one area of health care where no conspiracy theorists exist since they all require dental care the longer they try to deny work done in dental care.
Like aint nobody going to go through chronic pain when they can get it taken care of
>flouride scaremongers have entered the chat
It might surprise you, but there are people with absolutely healthy teeth and no need for a dentist. You can still find entire tribes with perfect teeth who have never seen a dentist.
D3, k2, coq10, toothpaste with nanohydroxyapatite, boron, fermented foods and some hygiene is all you need
There are tooth whitening systems with carbamide perocide and hydrogen peroxide which work really well, basically a gell which you fit in a bleach "spoon". Might make your teeth ache for a bit, but good results.
Oil pulling with coconut oil 20mins daily (dont swallow)
does nothing
If you're scared of a little fluoride just wait until you find out what's in your water supply...
